Icicle is a web application framework, allowing web applications or websites to be easily implemented in a simple modular design.
Using simple sets of configuration files, you can easily decide what content is available, and in what order. The modular design works in two levels:
Oceans, which are simply control files for an environment
Routines, which are instructions on how to handle requests inside a module
Using these configuration files, you can easily temporarily remove content from your application, and built-in functions allow you to take advantage of module navigation and control.
